Pastor Rick White is the Founder and Pastor of Victorious Believers Community Church (VBCC) located in Fredericksburg, VA. Pastor White is a husband, father, pastor, minister of the gospel, musician, visionary and community leader. The passion and compassion that flows from his life as a result of his love for Jesus Christ.
Pastor White has impacted the lives of many people in and around the region. Pastor White is a true gift to the Body of Christ and continues to serve the Lord in all ways to impact both believers and the lost in the ways of God.
Pastor White has a heart to teach God's people the Word of God in simplicity and power. God ordained his assignment to minister to the spirit, soul, and body in order to lead people to their true destiny by meeting people where they are in their lives.
VBCC is a multicultural body of believers that intend to restore hurt and broken lives through the love of Jesus Christ.
Our purpose is to fulfill the Great Commission.
